Your role
We’re looking for a motivated and strategic B2B Business Development Manager.
You’ll take full ownership of expanding our two main business lines:

Our non-destructive drying service
-
Our IoT (Internet of Things) building solutions
You’ll act as a true ambassador for the company—proactively structuring your activities, maintaining strong follow-through, and making a real impact on our clients.
Your responsabilities

Identify and actively pursue new business opportunities

Plan and lead client meetings (virtual and in-person)

Build and maintain long-term relationships with clients and prospects

Strategically prioritize and organize your schedule

Stay up to date with our technologies and market trends

Collaborate with internal teams to ensure client satisfaction

Occasional travel (up to 25%) – Montréal, Estrie, Saguenay, and surrounding regions

Occasional travel to North America or Europe for client meetings
Your Profile
-
Bachelor’s degree in business, marketing, communications, or related field
-
5+ years of experience in sales, business development, or a similar role
-
Excellent communication and client relationship skills

Self-starter with initiative and multitasking abilities

Comfortable with CRM tools (HubSpot, Salesforce, Zoho, etc.)

Proficient in Google Workspace or Microsoft Office
-
Bilingual (French/English) – written and spoken

Analytical mindset, strong organizational skills, and attention to detail

Creative, resourceful, and solution-oriented attitude

Bonus: experience with digital sales tools like LinkedIn Sales Navigator

Asset: knowledge of the tech or building sectors
