The WL103 is a compact sensor designed to detect water leaks and prevent flooding. Its sensitive probe reacts instantly upon contact with water and transmits the information via the LoRaWAN® network. Thanks to its simple and discreet design, it can be installed under an appliance, near a pipe, or on the floor in high-risk areas. It can also detect freeze conditions which can often cause water leaks.
Smart Water Valve - MBV110

Oblik Software
Oblik is a cloud-based building monitoring platform developed by Assek Technologies. It enables users to connect, monitor, and manage a network of wireless IoT sensors deployed throughout a building in real time. For water damage prevention, Oblik coordinates the entire detection system: it receives data transmitted by the detectors, automatically triggers the closure of electronic valves when water is detected, and notifies designated users. The platform also simplifies system management and maintenance through automated reports and other management tools.
